1.3 Remove mu-plugins code
Having to install code into mu-plugins folder makes the use of this plugin more complicated and not it is definitely not simpler. I suggest you add all this features to main code and if you feel you need to keep the plugin simple just create an advanced tab.
Hi cecopes,
I understand the issue you are facing. We will add some of the mu-plugins as settings in the future. The reason we haven’t added them as of now is because we are transitioning our plugins to React. Making the user interface twice, once in PHP and once in React, is a lot of double work.
We decided to put that energy and time into the new features and the updated user interface. The settings will come when the user interface is ready. I hope you understand. Thank you for being an early adopter and being patient with us.
If you need any help with the mu-plugins, don’t hesitate to send me an email at hessel[at}really-simple-plugins.com.
Kind regards,
Hessel
Hi Cecopes,
Version 1.3.0 has just been released. Most of the mu-plugins are obsolete now. You can edit most of it in the settings now.
If you have any feedback on the latest version, let me know.
Kind regards,
Hessel
